i recall that during his vicnic fanmeeting, tae mentioned that he no longer wears shirts at home because of how fit he’s gotten, and i fully understand him now. just look at the outline of his abs here 🫠

OK, I’m going to come right out and say it– this isn’t my favourite Tae photo spread.
The photos I’ve seen so far? They reduce him to random body parts… a nose, a chin, a sliver of torso, a hand. But where is *he?* The wonder of Tae is in his eyes and his expressions, and I don’t see any of that here. I wouldn’t know these photos were Tae without someone telling me. They could be literally anyone.
I hope not all of the photos are like this.
I’m still happy for him, though, because I know this is what he wants, and I know he has a good relationship with the brand.
The wig isn’t wigging too well in these shots in which it covers his eyes, they should’ve made it shaggier, I think, and it would’ve gone better with the aesthetics they’re going for.
But god damn he’s gorgeous either way so it’s hard to dislike it in any way. 🫠

I like this shoot, the photos I’ve seen so far. I feel he’s one of those people who is capable of interpreting the fashion he’s asked to wear. Not just trying on the outfits but also trying on different personas based on those outfits.
Too often, fashion shoots are just ‘the person in an outfit’ with no added layers. Looking great, of course – especially if facial expressions are turned up – but perhaps a tad one dimensional.
Imo, the best shoots have that little extra magic where you know it’s the person but also perhaps someone else at the very same time.
Tae is good at that (and so is Hobi)
i feel like it’s more about the clothes than v himself. which is fine, celine *is* a fashion brand.
wish they’d destroyed the wheels of the skateboard a bit, to make its look like he was actually using it. i’ve literally never seen skateboard wheels looking this pristine.
