– Cumulative total gross for North America is $2.3 million. The event also entered the overall North American and Worldwide top 10 for the weekend.
– It was screened primarily across April 10 and 13 in 3,500+ cinemas across 100+ territories, with additional showings added with demand
– IMAX screenings achieved approx 20% of the overall worldwide gross.
– Highlights:
–Mexico (the top market worldwide with $2.58m gross, No.2 chart position for the weekend)
–Brazil ($612k gross)
–Germany ($402k gross)
That’s awesome! Also Mexico stats are so impressive. Iirc it’s been consistently ranked in the top five countries that stream BTS music the most, both on YouTube and Spotify. I think BTS will need to add more than a few stops in Mexico. Their popularity there is not talked about enough.
I wish it had been in theaters longer. I would have loved to see it a second time. I’m definitely looking forward to the digital release.

I think the staff telling Yoongi to go for stadiums were right lol many, many ARMYs missed out on seeing Yoongi perform live so this movie was our chance to experience that as realistically as possible. I watched the streams of D-Day but seeing it on the big screen still hit differently.
