New army here! I’ve completely gone down the BTS rabbit hole (happily) since being pushed a JK SNTY reaction video on YouTube in November.
Since then, I have been all consumed with anything and everything BTS! I’m happy to be here, and can’t believe it took me so long to open my eyes (ears??). I especially love watching their live performances, and have started collecting some of their DVD content.
Out of curiosity more than anything, what do you collect and why? Photocards? Stuffies? DVD sets? Clothing? Everything you can get your hands on?
Bonus points for showing off your collection!

I prefer stuff you can use to stuff that just sits on a shelf collecting dust. So, in your pic there, the Lock n Lock mug would be my fave. That said, there are people who like all sorts of stuff, so I guess there’s a place for everything!
For me it’s their music that I MUST have all of. After that the BT21 stuffies, then shirts.

I used to collect merch – money was flying out of the door on a regular basis – but I recently realized it doesn’t bring me joy. It just sits on the shelf, collecting dust. So now I only purchase things I actually use, meaning albums (in CD and in vinyl form). I play the vinyls on my record player and the CDs in the car (preferably with the windows open).
The merch that I still do have, I have decided to give away (too lazy to sell) at some point in the near future, probably here on the sub. I don’t have IRL ARMY friends to give it to.
Caveat: I do have two merch items I will hang on to: Namjoon’s wind chime and Hobi’s actual Jack In The Box wind-up toy. And perhaps JK’s Global Citizen Concert t-shirt, but I’m undecided on that one.
I love dvds and blurays! I got rid of my cable last year and sometimes i dont feel like dealing with all the tv apps. I watched the mots on:e bluray the other day. i hate that there is no audience but love seeing Ugh performance. yesterday watched ateez, day before stray kids and got7. dvds are so worth it
and photocards. I love my huge binder of Yoongi pcs. I have been collecting for years and yoongi is the only one I am willing to drop money on…that “free” road to dday one? yup. over $30 in shipping for a free pc, lol highest price pc I bought was his($80!!! and just spent more than I like on pcs buying his dday movie ones)
There aren’t many, but I really like the 7″ records. I also like the jewellery because it doesn’t take up space and I can wear it often.
