Obsessed with Team RM’s (I ofc include Joon in that) collective brain bc they amount of meaning packed into that 1:21 🤯
as a lover of oldish av equipment and a 4:3 aspect ratio, i approve of this!
also, it was rm who introduced me to the work of nam june paik, so this feels right.
can’t believe this is the last MV we’ll get for RPWP 🥲 i love RPWP so much and i’m gonna miss this era…
the MV literally showing what joon’s lyrics are about is so meta and so him. but i hope joon knows that we’re here to stay, and we’re hanging tight #inthisbangtanshit4lyfe
edit: what were those brief clips of him at the beach/in the sea for then 🤔
When the credits roll do you hang tight~
Such a short song, but I love it!
This music video makes me question what’s to come next for RM. This songs leads up Come Back to Me in the album, which asks us to “come back to me like you used to.” If I think of this album and all of the parts of this whole work, I wonder if he’s asking ARMY if we’ll stay with him throughout his ups and downs.
I like this little music video a lot. It makes us question our place as consumers of content/media and our relationship to the artist, who is a real life person, who has put in so much of himself into what we consume.
I really do love this song! It gives me Kip from Napoleon Dynamite vibes
Simple, but well executed 💜
I couldn’t figure out which song would get an MV this time but this actually makes perfect sense – it’s the last MV and it’s time for the credits to roll.
Man, if I had Joon’s brain for a day…
This was a wild trip into Namjoon and RM as an artist and it was really fun discovering yet another side to him and his artistry!
I’m hanging tight, Joon. 🙂
On the one hand, all songs on the album were deserving of MVs and this MV is lovely.
On the other hand, I also really wanted MVs for “Heaven” and especially “Around the World in a Day.” Not in lieu of “Credit Roll,” but in addition to.
What was up with the shirtless beach photos though? Those looked like they could be shots from a MV. Think we’ll ever get an answer?
Namjoon, you lovable weirdo 😂
