As cute as some of this is, it also feels lazy. While I think the Minions as the members is adorable they could have done so much more with it. And with how much merch they keep throwing out and will continue to throw out (Muse, KSJ 1), my expectations are getting lower and lower for any other merch drops, plus the new army bomb next year (still unconfirmed, but hoping for a new one).
It’s cute. I can see this really appealing to fans of both BTS and Minions, but maybe not so much to fans of just BTS.
Minion Jin’s face is taking me out, though. 😂
Not bad. If there still some left for Black Friday or whenever they have their clearance sale, I would consider buying.
I mean this in a totally genuine way, but I’m very curious about the market overlap between people who like the minions and people who are willing to drop $30 on a shirt with a BTS member as a minion and then wear it. I feel similar to how I felt about the McDonald’s merch, and that stuff seemed to stick around forever.
Sometimes they hit the mark with their collabs. That Tinytan/Toy Story collab seemed to sell well, and quickly. But I’ll be keeping an eye on how quickly these do or don’t go out of stock, mainly out of sheer curiosity.
I love Minions. I love BTS. This is a hard nope for me. It feels disingenuous, feels like another cash grab. I’m sure loads of people will buy this but I’ll save my pennies for something else.

Ok, personally I don’t much care for these, but I have a friend who’s an ARMY and she really loves Minions and has a birthday coming up.. 🤔🤡

They really put no effort. It just seems like one of those releases of yeah, we can put anything out, and people will buy it. It’s really sad 😒
I’m usually pretty okay with the merch collabs and stuff but I agree with others who say this feels lazy. The BTS minions are super cute, but the shirts are just a white shirt with a chest print. I’m a halfway decent artist and I have a heat press – could easily make this stuff.
They could have put some designs on the sleeves or done bigger patterns or just… anything? Or come up with more interesting merch than just white t-shirts and canvas bags. I’d like them as figurines, or maybe even plushies. Hell, ask Jin for some ideas, he likes the minions 
Merch drops lately have just felt very cash-grabby. The weird Monochrome stuff that could have been for any artist was also very meh – and very pricey. I’ll save my money for Muse merch drop and the new ARMY merch packs or something – I’ve liked the solo ones a lot!

Again I really don’t mean to diss something people are excited about so don’t take this to heart if you love it, but this is surprisingly not fun for a kid’s movie collab imo.
Like another user said, I imagine the group of people who would want merch with both minions and BTS is not that many people, and when I picture what they would want I picture something much more fun with less blank space?
Gone are the days where I can support BTS by buying **every** release, because for a while now hybes releasing…. Just about anything they possibly can. It’s a definite money grab lol, but it also makes bts more accessible for all the different folks in the world, increasing their chances of finding something they like
This release in particular, in my opinion anyways, specifically includes kids (and kidults). It’s great for the 10 year olds that love bts and love minions. It’s smart.
