We all know smeraldo is not a real flower and it is use very heavily in bts universe storyline.

But is the story and legend about the smeraldo flower was created by bts/bighit or are they taking inspiration from an already existing legend or literature? Like the story about smeraldo only bloomed in a certain place in Italy and whatnot. For example, this Twitter account is created by bighit when they released the love yourself trilogy and they have posted about the legend of smeraldo in their blog. Is that blog telling an existing story about smeraldo or did they created it themselves?
