Edit: he just replied to one comment that said they’re waiting for him to act. Jin said he doesn’t want to. I think that should put to rest the discussion of him taking on acting in the future. He doesn’t want to do it.

Well, he’s confirmed again that he doesnt want to act. Looking forward to the music, variety, etc that he’s recording for us! A few months is a short amount of time, especially with Jimin’s album coming out next month

I don’t think so, sadly, but I’m glad he’s said it so explicitly… again. I wish people would get the second message, which is to simply not demand things from the members like that 😅
I love how open and matter of fact he is. He’s been doing some stuff, doesn’t want to act, Jimin’s release comes first so manners (lol tell that to Tae). Can’t wait to see what he’s cooking! I’m so glad he’s been taking time to rest too
i’m glad jin’s finally been clear that he doesn’t want to act. i know he went to uni for acting over a decade ago but he’s probably had tons of opportunities since and has never done any, so i think it’s been clear for a while that it’s not what interests him anymore. hopefully people calm down about it now haha
Some ARMY needs to stop obsesse over the acting thing, I feel only Adult fans realize that but over 50% of people have jobs not related to their majors lol, that’s pretty normal, if jin wanted to act he would had pursuit it a long time a go

Not all surprised he also doing variety shows. Pretty he got calls or message about them as his return was nearing.
I’m most excited about his Korean liquor (besides his album of course). I’m just waiting for the opportunity to buy it.
If Jin’s return is anything to go by, I think the members will start working as soon as they come back. They have plans and the execution of those plans will start as soon as they return. The Tannies work hella hard.

Fair enough, I thought myself that when he pushed back in Festa the acting option it was more due to time restrictions and also, waiting later for a project after his album, but he’s pretty definitive here on that point. So, I’ll wait patiently for his album, however he ‘s about to offer us other delighting variety show appearances, he’s such a great entertainer in general. 😭
Also, looks like Taehyung for now he’s the only one that might go into acting. Knowing them, I bet another unexpected member might. 🧍♀️
