Like in general? Rollercoasters. I did it because if [Hobi was scared and could still do it](https://bangtannoonas.tumblr.com/post/127018688812/roller-coaster-riding-with-j-derp), I could do it. But never again. Do not recommend.
lino cut print making (i always think of this when i come across the woodcarving hajima video). the end results are cool and artsy, but the cutting is dangerous af. highly de-recommend.
Ummm camping? Lol I don’t like sleeping on uncomfortable surfaces, or being too cold or too hot, or being wet, or not having proper toilet! That’s a dealbreaker for me.
Homemade gnocchi. It’s so hard, it’s so much work, and your first few tries will taste terrible. Just buy it from the store or a restaurant and save yourself a potato mush countertop
Getting into the hot-tub with clothes, especially ones that have not been properly rinsed fron detergent/fabric softener!

Deep frying chicken in a wood fired cauldron without a thermometer.
Seriously, cooking thermometers are so useful, especially for deep frying things like meat. Its fairly easy to get the temperature wrong and end up with burnt on the outside, raw on the inside food. Especially if you usually only deep fry quick things, like fries or moz sticks, and aren’t used to foods that’d need to cook for longer (like a whole ass chicken).
