They get to decide if they will official indicte for trial or not after prosecution’s investigation)

All of this makes sense to me. They need to throw the book at the nurse. Can’t have other officers thinking they could do the same. Stupid of the nurse to do this.
I hope they come down hard on her. This was just beyond creepy and violating. I hope it hasn’t made the other guys more nervous about their own enlistments – I know it would scare the hell out of me. And I hope Jin is ok 🙁
They need to make this case an example of what happens when you stalk so that more people will be deterred from doing it in the future

I was just wondering about this last night! I hadn’t heard anything about it and I was hoping that they put measures in place to keep people safe in the military if “fans” do stuff like this.
I hope she is fully charged and has to serve time. It’s a pretty bad look for the national security if soldiers can just wander off bases onto other ones. Not to mention she could have given Jin anything. It’s dangerous for everyone and shows a complete lack of respect for Jin. I hope all of the members remain safe in the military and can complete their duties without more incidents like this.
