I got mine today, and this would be the first time I am shocked at how much damage was done, as any other album/etc I’d bought never had damage from the INSIDE. Has anyone else gotten this too, or would this be something to contact Weverse over?
This was pretty much what each envelope looked like in each box.

yeah, one of my envelopes was pretty badly ripped up. i got all three versions and the other two were okay though. and the actual box was okay too, which makes me thing they were damaged while being put into the box?
That’s disappointing! I’m gonna wait until the kpop store down the street has them. They said it’d be a few weeks.
I received my indigo album the same way – super crushed up. Ever since they switched to like the cardboard packaging with the same exact font for the solo projects (obviously to save money) the quality of the physical albums have been horrible
I didn’t order mine offline, but found it at Walmart on the day of release. Barely any scratches or bruising in comparison to when I got Indigo shipped to me through Target. I think it’s understandable that a cardboard album would get messed up in shipping but if the inside of your album was damaged I would 100% contact the seller/Weverse. Tae included a lot of stuff in his album so I can see how it could get roughed up but it’s still unacceptable imo.
i did have some bending on both a CD envelope and the card holder. also got a slightly damaged PC, which was actually a first for me. it sucks, but just happens sometimes i guess? my Layover albums were from weverse, but last month i grabbed an extra copy of JitB from walmart and the back cover of the photobook was almost completely ripped off.
I purchased mine in store at Target. The envelope had the exact same rip and two creases. Also, the stickers on the box, and the “letters” were creased as well. It’s annoying, but I’m glad the photobook & photocards weren’t damaged.
Haven’t received layover yet however majority of my albums have always come with some dent or tear, Idk if I should blame the shipping, customs or the courier company. I’m so used to seeing my albums in this condition that anytime I receive an album with no damages, it’s surprising
I’d definitely suggest if you guys have offline stores in your state, please buy from there
