Hobi somehow keeping up with the other members’ schedules while being a busy military man just has my whole heart 😭
I was watching a youtuber (Dr. K, I think?), a licensed psychiatrist the other day, discussing a big problem with men’s mental health, how they’re so starved of affection and are scared to ask for or express any because of society’s conditioning and expectations of what a man should be like. And seeing these two comments together, JK saying he’ll get hurt if his hyung gets hurt, Hobi asking him to keep healthy and not get hurt (with a ton of heart emojis) and being his supportive self…they’re such bright shining examples of a healthy relationship, one that’s void of any toxic masculinity, and I’m just so grateful to know them, and to know that they have each other. They give me hope for a better world 💜 and I’m very emotional right now.
