Hello, r/bangtan!

‘Tis the [season](https://i.imgur.com/1da6dxs.jpg) (almost) and this year we’re taking our holiday cheer [international](https://i.imgur.com/cVDLKOO.jpg)! We will be hosting TWO exchange projects: a Secret Santa gift exchange and a Holiday Postcard exchange! If you’re interested in participating, carefully read through the guidelines and timelines!

# Guidelines

These guidelines will apply to both exchanges:

* Exchanges are open [worldwide ^handsome ](https://i.imgur.com/vKZsphS.jpg)!
* You can join one or both exchanges.
* Exchanges are “round robin” style. Your Secret Santa may not be your recipient.
* Participants must be willing to share email address with project organizers, and physical address with organizers and recipient.
* Information about your recipient will be sent via email from rbangtan.exchange@gmail.com. Don’t forget to check your Spam folder!
* By filling out the form(s), you are agreeing to participate in the project and follow through with the exchange. The holidays are a busy time, so please check the timeline to make sure you can send your gift/card by the deadline! (We understand life happens, though, so if you think you may have trouble meeting the deadline, please let us know!)
* Participants are responsible for all postage and any other fees.
* Participants will be required to submit proof that the gift/card was sent. We will remind you as deadlines approach!

## I. [Secret Santa](https://i.imgur.com/xmuVq2r.jpg) Gift Exchange

* If interested in the [gift exchange](https://i.imgur.com/KO9fWwr.jpg), fill out the Secret Santa registration form below.
* You will have the option to be matched with a recipient in your country, region, or worldwide. Be aware of shipping costs and possible customs fees when selecting! **Matching within your country or region is dependent on participants and may not be possible. If we are unable to meet your request, we will reach out via email for next steps.**
* Prepare for a budget of $15-25USD. Feel free to do more if you’re feeling generous!
* Include a card or letter so your recipient can learn a little more about [*you*](https://i.imgur.com/LeUEOru.jpg)!
* Proof of shipping will be required by submitting a photo of the shipping receipt or providing a tracking number. Include your reddit username and the date on a slip of paper.

## II. [Holiday Postcard](https://i.imgur.com/x8MQoyV.jpg) Exchange

* Low cost alternative to gift exchange.
* If interested in the card exchange, fill out the Postcard/Holiday Card registration form below.
* Send a postcard from your city/country or a holiday card. Get creative and make your own, if you like! Include a bit about yourself so your recipient can learn a little more about you!
* Small freebies can be included (PCs, stickers, etc.) but are *not* required.
* Proof of mailing will be required by submitting a photo of your addressed, stamped postcard/holiday card. Include your reddit username and the date on a slip of paper.
