> The design of Jung Kook’s symbol mark originated from his own autograph.
> The symbol incorporates the English initials ‘J’ and ‘K’, as well as the Korean letters ‘ㅈ’ and ‘ㄱ’, representing the concept of boundless growth and limitless potential. This symbolizes another facet of Jung Kook, the 7th member of BTS, an artist who aspires to create and share unforgettable, golden moments with his audience.
Wait is he starting a brand?😳
This is unsettling and I’m not sure I can articulate why.
ETA: lol I don’t know why this opinion is so controversial
Is he selling towel pillows? Like what does this mean yall 🤔
THE BRAND?? What are you selling us!!
Is it jewelry? a collection of oversized black shirts? stomper boots? ramen? what is it!!
I like the fact that JK based a lot of stuff in design cause he likes to design.
But also what he about to start selling lol
What the what does this mean? Are we getting a clothing line? A cosmetics line? A jewelry collection? Waiting patiently here for someone to explain because I am confused.
Are we going to get that earring from that live? Cause I want that earring
do we think this is deeper than just them posting bits of Golden Live or what😭 im scared
Hey BigHit, can you quit the crypticness Because I’m not sure my heart can take it…but I will always be curious. 👀
Y’all remember those earrings he wore in the live the day Golden was released? Hmmm
Better be selling that Golden perfume.
I thought he was advertising hand cream- (I’m sorry, I got the idea from the hand gesture-) :,D
Maybe he has some merch coming, something more personal – the earring for one (I can’t imagine that they only had one made). But also it is footage from the opening of Golden Live. 🤷🏻♀️
**Edit** – or maybe they just wanted to draw attention to the mark and its meaning. 🤡🤣
**Back with another edit** – brain is rambling and it doesn’t mean much, but he never wears gold jewelry these days. Doesn’t mean he couldn’t sell some/put his name on some.
**Edit #3** – “golden moments” I wonder if this has something to do with his documentary. *Someone tell my brain to switch off.*

thank you bighit, very cool!
NOW WHAT DO I DO WITH THIS INFORMATION WHY ARE YOU LEAVING US HANGING 😭
This is a bit.. weird to me. Maybe it’s the timing of it all. I guess there will be a point where each member will pursue these kinds of business opportunities in the future and maybe JK is the first one. But I’m very cautious about it right **now**.
I have questions and no answers… the word brand is sus but it was just the vcr they showed before the show started 🤔
I quickly went back to merch for Golden. They didn’t use this symbol there – not on jacket, t-shirt, braslet etc. I didn’t notice it before. This symbol used on album cover (only?). I re watched SNTY MV – no symbol.

This sums up my reaction to the video.
Hybe needs to calm down with the onslaught of merch, content and cryptic messages, for crying out loud. The holidays are stressful enough already!
I hope it’s a clothing or jewelry line. I’m still bummed I had no clue how to buy his hoodies (bc I was so new to army) everytime it’s crispy rainy out.
Did a wee bit of digging – LONETONE works with HYBE and most likely is the design director/one of the designers behind this logo. While I’m sure Jung Kook had loads of input, it wasn’t designed by him. So I suspect that this falls under the wheelhouse of BH/HYBE ownership.
I literally didn’t think of this as anything else than a closer look at his logo, and then I read all the comments here and became confused (note – I’m not American and I work in marketing and communication) 😅
I don’t think this is a strange thing at all, it’s the same as showing the process of any other album design element, and it’s giving credit where credit is due. Also don’t think it’s too weird with timing – the focus has been on the music up until now, it’s like releasing a bangtan bomb about the design 🤷♀️
It would be cool if he comes out with a whole JK jewelry brand. That earring he was wearing during the live last week wasn’t in the golden merch so…

I’m imagining “artist-made merch” but… x100.
