BH’s legal department has been busy! This one seems a bit more detailed than previous notices regarding legal proceedings. I really wish those that should be taking heed of these would actually pay attention.
I love the zero tolerance policy. (I hope they’re able to do something about the train freak too)
BigHit/HYBE just straight up refusing to settle out of court and pursuing the further legal action…king shit.
I know it’s been said a thousand times but of all the agencies to mess around with, the legal team at HYBE is NOT the one. They are always gloves off, ready to sue anybody. I’m glad they pursue those who try to harm their artists seriously.

These updates always make me feel such mixed emotions. Like, yay get those losers who stalk BTS and stuff! But also man it’s sad that there’s always some more detailed proceedings mentioned where we can figure out the specific incident that applies. 😕 I wish BTS never had to experience those things.
Oh that’s a really long post, and I enjoy every second of reading it. That’s a lot of cases, and I’m glad they’re taking actions. Thank you staffs and fans for finding and submitting the evidence. 🫶
HYBE saying hell no to a settlement is music to my ears. I respect their no tolerance policy to protect their artists. Fans don’t realize that things like this take time, and a lot more is happening behind the scenes that we don’t know about until an announcement is made.
The way I got hit with BTS, TXT, Enhypen and Seventeen all at once and panicked 😭

Bighit/Hybe’s legal team must be one of the busiest teams throughout the year, and for that I’m grateful. I’m glad they’re continuing their no-settlement, no-tolerance policy. The part about a *single individual* being responsible for dozens of posts on Naver and Natepann shocked me. How are people this hateful, and willing to go this far?? I’ll never understand it.
it’s sad the guys have to go through all that, but it’s good to know their company has their backs.
like, they’re not holding back in their notice. they’re this close to actually naming names.
